Pachube founder nominated for World Technology Award

Pachube founder Usman Haque has been co-nominated with Adam Somlai-Fischer for a World Technology Award, in part for the project Reconfigurable House (an early precursor of the core Pachube concept of 'plugging anything into anything else').
Convened by the World Technology Network in association with TIME magazine, NASDAQ, Fortune magazine, Mayo Clinic, Science magazine/AAAS, NY Academy of Sciences, and others, the Awards are presented each year to outstanding innovators in different fields of technology. Nominees are selected on the basis of those "who are doing the innovative work of 'the greatest likely long-term significance' in their fields. They are those creating the 21st century."
Woot!
